Golden Leaf Grant Approval for Evergreen Industrial Park

Caldwell County is seeking proposals from local non-profits, public agencies, and housing authorities to serve delinquent and at-risk youth (ages 6-17). Approximately $263,703 is available through the NC Department of Public Safety. Funding priorities include psychological assessments, services addressing problem sexual behavior, counseling, teen court/restorative circles, mediation, restitution/community service, interpersonal skills building, mentoring, and substance abuse treatment.

Caldwell County is seeking a qualified engineering firm for the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), Design, and Construction Services for the Foothills Regional Airport Industrial Sewer Project. The county requires a PER to evaluate options for installing public sanitary sewer to the airport and surrounding acreage.

Sealed bids for construction of Evergreen Park Pumpstation, including grading for a future road and the construction of a proposed sewer pump station for an industrial park. The objective is to assess potential environmental conditions and determine subsurface soil and groundwater conditions for future industrial park development.
