Holland Construction will be completing a walk-through with Dr. Hoyt to review all the summer 2025 projects and the beginning of the 2025 Bond projects. Summer will be filled with refurbishing rooms in the 5th grade area and M.S. hallway, removal and installation of new lockers, HVAC maintenance, and floor work throughout the campus.

Brookfield R-III School signs year-long insurance contract

The board approved a one-year contract with MEUHP for the district's health insurance needs for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The district will pay the MEUHP assessment by April 30, 2025, to receive a 10% discount, reducing the assessment from $306,147 to $275,532. The contract includes a 4.95% increase and Tier 9/9, with the same nine plans to choose from for employees. The district's portion of each employee's health insurance benefit will be capped at $760 per month.
