Summary

The Town of Tazewell is seeking a qualified firm to provide crane and crane operating services for the one-time lifting and placement of an approximately 45,000 lb. PRV Vault as part of the Rt. 460 Waterline Replacement Project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 21, 2025, and quotes are due by December 1, 2025.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
