Summary

Asotin County is seeking preliminary engineering (PE) design, environmental permitting, and bid-phase services for two federally funded transportation projects: 15th Street Improvements Phase 1 and Fleshman Way Chip Seal. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
