Required Attachments

A description of the firm's qualifications, including general information, a brief history of its incorporation, prior experience in print management solutions, an indication of the Contractor's experience in similar or equivalent projects and ability/qualifications to complete this project. Include a statement about the firm's ability to perform as related to current workload, availability, of qualified personnel, and the availability of equipment and supplies. Provide documentation supporting key personnel in the firm as related to technical training education and experience. A list of at least five (5) completed projects of similar size and magnitude and with similar products and services; Qualifications for the personnel who will be assigned to work on this project. References (including contact person, address, and telephone number) for previous project AND a financial reference (bank or surety). Any exceptions to the proposal requirements. A complete fee schedule/Price of Contractor's proposal.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.

Proposals must include a detailed implementation timeline, staffing plan with key personnel qualifications, and three (3) references from comparable government engagements completed within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
