Summary

Kellogg Community College is seeking outdoor sculptures for display on its campus as part of the KCC Triennial Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition. Selected artists will receive a $1,500 stipend. Sculptures will be displayed for 36 months.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
