Summary

The City of Cookeville is seeking sealed bids for the construction of Cane Creek Park Improvements. This project includes mobilization, demolition, grading, utility connections, asphalt entry drive, asphalt parking lot, a 30' x 64' pavilion, site furnishings, approximately 1,500 linear feet of asphalt ADA trails, approximately 3,000 linear feet of mulch trails, landscaping, parking lot, and entry lighting. Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
