Summary

The Town of Chatham is seeking proposals for an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to oversee the return and repurposing of the U.S. Coast Guard Boathouse at 90 Bridge Street.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein.
