Summary

The Padre Dam Municipal Water District ("District") will receive sealed bids for the Magnolia Avenue and SR-67 Sewer Capacity Improvements (JN 221023) at the office of the Director of Engineering and Planning, Padre Dam Municipal Water District, 9300 Fanita Parkway, P.O. Box 719003, Santee, California 92072-9003 no later than 11:30 am on January 29, 2026, at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud.

Required Deliverables

Bids must be submitted on the District's Bid Forms. Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Documents from ABC Imaging at 2101 Hancock St, San Diego, CA 92110, (619) 295-4112, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for a non-refundable fee. The Contract Documents will also be available for review on the internet at https://bpol.abcimaging.com.

Contractor's Certificate Regarding Workers' Compensation, Bid Bond, List of Subcontractors Form, Non-Collusion Declaration form, Contractor Information and Experience form, Iran Contracting Act Certification, Public Works Contractor Registration Certification, Fleet Compliance Certification(s).

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.

Proposals must include a detailed implementation timeline, staffing plan with key personnel qualifications, and three (3) references from comparable government engagements completed within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
