Summary

Replacement of low sloped roof areas (Built-up, PVC, EPDM & Modified Bitumen) at Pope Towers (7,156± SF) utilizing a 'tear-off' application. New 60-mil PVC Roofing System is to be installed, insulation is to be fully adhered to the steel roof deck, the new insulation to achieve an average R-31.25. Additional work includes drain replacement, installing new roof hatch, roof hatch safety rail & ladder up safety post, installing walkway pads, installing metal and fiberglass ballasted safety rails, installing a pipe enclosure box, raising vent pipe and exhaust fan curb heights & coordinating with cellular contractor to disconnect and reconnect cellular equipment. Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.

Proposals must include a detailed implementation timeline, staffing plan with key personnel qualifications, and three (3) references from comparable government engagements completed within the past five years. Evaluation will be based on technical approach (40%), experience and qualifications (30%), cost proposal (20%), and small business participation plan (10%).
