Summary

The Office of Planning Advocacy (OPA) is seeking bids from qualified planning firms to provide planning support services for the New Jersey State Development and Redevelopment Plan (SDRP) and the Cross-Acceptance process. Services include reviewing master plans, reconciling responses, assisting with negotiations, editing the SDRP, and providing technical assistance. The anticipated work period is April 2025 to June 2026, with a firm budget of up to $175,000.

Required Deliverables
