Evaluation Criteria

The City will award the Contract on the basis of the Bid or Bids most advantageous to the City. In determining whether a Bid is most advantageous, in addition to price, the City may consider: ability, capacity, and skill; prompt performance; character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency; quality of performance on previous contracts; previous compliance with laws and ordinances; financial responsibility; limitations of license; quality, availability, and adaptability of product/service; ability to provide future maintenance/service; number and scope of conditions attached to the Bid; and life cycle, maintenance, and performance of the equipment or product.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables

The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the services described herein. Work shall commence within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within the timeframe specified in the project schedule attached as Exhibit B.
