Summary

Washington County CDA is soliciting application proposals for affordable housing and community facility projects to be funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Approximately $246,000 of CDBG funds and $537,000 of HOME funds will be available for Program Year 2026.

Section 4.2 — Scope of Services and Deliverables
