Within this constrained environment, the college is still planning targeted investments in personnel and infrastructure: expanding the Center for Teaching and Learning by adding an Educational Technologist alongside an Instructional Designer, increasing Instruction and Classroom Support Technician staffing for CDL and Diesel programs, reinstating a Business Systems Analyst to support PeopleSoft/ctcLink, adding operational support to the Culinary program, and hiring a part-time social media specialist.These moves signal future or ongoing procurement in instructional technology, LMS and PeopleSoft enhancements, program equipment, and marketing/communications tools—vendors providing EdTech platforms, integration services, CDL/Diesel lab equipment, and digital outreach solutions can align proposals with these budgeted priorities once departmental plans are firmed up.
