The 10‑year CIP and FY 2026/27 budget allocate 60,000 dollars in pay‑go funding for Well 3 rehabilitation in 2026‑27, while Well 2 is being converted to monitoring service and rehabilitation efforts shifted to Well 4 under a separate future project.
