Updates were provided on several Air Center and general aviation projects: the new FBO hangar is under construction with the slab poured and the metal building due mid-to-late June, the Air Center apron expansion has completed its first phase and moved into the next phases (with partial entrance closure), and the Building 97 replacement for Air Trek is dried in with interior finishes about to begin and completion anticipated around August. These projects signal a substantial build-out of PGD’s GA and FBO infrastructure, with operations expected to transition from Building 101 to the new Air Trek facility once complete. While prime contracts are already in place, vendors in fuel equipment, hangar systems, GSE support, security, furnishings, and tenant improvements can target follow-on scope and future expansions at the upgraded Air Center campus.

Rainy season may impact schedule for the Air Center apron expansion; operations will move from Building 101 to Building 97 after completion.
