Under Goal 1, Action 1.2, Hayward Collegiate plans to invest 141,336 in 2026‑27 for MTSS‑aligned interventions, including online programs for specialized supports, an Intervention Coordinator, extended school day/year, and lower adult‑to‑student ratios in STEM and humanities. The plan notes that low‑income, English learner, and foster youth students have persistent learning gaps and that recent SBAC declines, especially for multilingual learners, show current interventions are not yet consistently effective.This creates a funded but still‑evolving MTSS and intervention ecosystem where the school is actively refining identification, small‑group instruction, and progress monitoring practices. Vendors offering evidence‑based intervention curricula, progress‑monitoring tools, tutoring/extended learning models, and MTSS consulting can position services as ways to increase the impact of this budgeted line item and help the school reach its dashboard and LCAP performance targets for unduplicated students.

This action is partly funded by Title I and IV and must use evidence-based practices, a key requirement for vendors’ offerings.
