Under the agreement, UME is responsible for painting and shares summer floor cleaning costs, while the church retains responsibility for structural changes.This long-term facilities commitment signals that the charter plans to stay in this location and will continue investing in maintenance, shared-space management, and occasional event production in the sanctuary, creating ongoing opportunities for vendors in facilities services, custodial/cleaning, minor renovations, furnishings, and AV/event support tailored to a leased church-school environment.

Lease structure remains largely unchanged; lease amount has only increased once in the past five years by about 2–3%.
