The Chief has begun researching grant availability and plans to present specific opportunities to the Mayor and Board as they emerge. This creates an early-stage opportunity for firms that support public safety grant writing, facility design, specialty training props, modular buildings, and site work to help shape scope and funding packages for these add-ons before formal procurements are issued.
