While the agenda item is only to allow fundraising to begin, a multi-million-dollar facilities upgrade will require planning, design, engineering, and construction services as the scope is defined.Vendors in sports facility design, turf and lighting systems, seating, scoreboards, and related infrastructure can begin positioning by engaging with district facilities leadership and the Level Up committee as the project concept and phasing are developed. Early conversations around master planning, cost estimating, and donation-driven phasing strategies will be particularly timely before any formal RFPs are drafted.
