The Government of Guam General Services Agency has issued IFB No. GSA-022-26 for an indefinite-quantity, firm fixed-price contract to provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal services for the Department of Military Affairs. The scope covers full lifecycle services—characterization, packaging, transportation, and final disposal—for multiple waste streams including antifreeze, JP-8 fuel, used oil, hazardous and non-hazardous dry sweep, various batteries (including lithium), paint, oil filters, and absorbent pads/rags. The contractor must supply drums/containers, all labor, specialized equipment (e.g., forklifts, flatbeds), handle all permits and profiling, and comply with GEPA and all federal, state, and local regulations.This is a one-year IDIQ contract, with 30-day delivery from purchase order, to be used on an as-needed basis and potentially by other Guam agencies at the confirmed prices.
