Only 112002 has been expended or encumbered to date, and the FY27 CIP continues to list the full 5750000 budget, indicating LSSC intends to move forward once grant funding is secured and permitting is resolved.This combination of permit work and grant dependency signals a still-open window for vendors who support CDL training infrastructure—site and building designers, heavy-construction contractors, training-equipment providers, and grant/partnership consultants—to help refine the project to meet grant requirements and environmental conditions.
