6‑acre Hale Ranch Study Area. The District will use its consultant, Woodard & Curran, to perform hydraulic modeling and assess capacity of existing facilities and required extensions to serve both the business park and broader study area. Under the agreement, all costs for capacity evaluation, review, coordination, and staff time are paid by the developer, including an estimated 39080 in modeling fees covered by a 45000 deposit.This work is in early planning and will inform the City of Fairfield’s environmental review, annexation proposal, and future infrastructure design, signaling upcoming needs for sewer main extensions, possible lift station work, and related construction and engineering services once feasibility and improvement scopes are defined.

Study will evaluate capacity, needed extensions, and provide preliminary cost estimates for improvements; Hale Ranch area is currently outside District boundaries and would annex concurrently with City annexation.
