The Engineering and Public Works Department is moving forward with the West Reach Creeks Project, which supports improved multimodal connectivity under Council Priority #2 while addressing creek-related infrastructure. The work plan calls for design and environmental approvals in FY 2026-27 and 2027-28, with construction targeted for summer/fall 2028, funded by a 900000 grant and 115000 from the City’s 014 fund balance. This is a grant-backed capital project moving through design toward a defined construction window.
