This effort blends marketing, real estate positioning, and economic development strategy. Consultants or firms specializing in downtown business recruitment, place-based marketing, GIS mapping, and website content can help refine the toolkit, maintain property data, and design campaigns and digital tools that convert leads into tenants for downtown properties.
