The Board is asked to adopt Resolution 2026-06-17-01 authorizing submission of a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) financial assistance application to the State Water Resources Control Board for planning and design of new percolation and evaporation ponds at the Thomas R. Cannell Wastewater Treatment Facility.
