The 2025 CQI Annual Report presentation states that a vendor was selected for CIBH’s electronic health record RFP and identifies Credible (Qualifacts) as the chosen EHR for the next five years. The new system will include features such as Credible iQ (augmented intelligence for documentation), eLabs, single sign-on, a client engagement portal, phone-first telehealth access, Orders 2.0, and eMAR 2.0 in preparation for a new e-prescribing module. CQI has already revised or created 101 forms, 36 templates, and fulfilled 171 reporting requests tied to this transition. This indicates that EHR procurement is complete and a multi-year implementation is underway or imminent, with multiple integrations and workflow changes planned through at least 2026. While the primary EHR contract is decided, vendors can still add value through data migration, interface development (labs, HIE, HL7), reporting and analytics, training, change management, and optimization services around Credible and the broader health information ecosystem. There may also be downstream needs in electronic billing, mobile apps, and business intelligence as the new platform matures.
