SWBNO is expanding its on‑call contract with Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC for cleaning and CCTV inspection of sanitary sewer mains at various sites in Orleans Parish. Amendment No. 3 to Contract 30264, approved via R‑047‑2026, adds $440,000, increasing the total contract value from $2,178,008.00 to $2,618,008.00 and extending the term through December 16, 2026. The contract supports routine and targeted cleaning of sewer mains, manholes, and laterals, along with video inspection, and has also been used to clean stormwater catch basins and drain lines. This demonstrates SWBNO’s ongoing need for inspection and cleaning capacity ahead of or in parallel with sewer rehabilitation projects, which can create opportunities for complementary inspection technologies, data management platforms, and rehab contractors once defects are identified.

DBE goal is 36%; current participation is 29.30%. Funding is from O&M accounts for the sewer system.
