City analysis notes that existing systems have capacity, though long-term water supply and drought conditions remain a concern.No development plan, engineering design, or construction contractor is identified yet, so the extension is in a planning and entitlement phase that will later require infrastructure design, utility extensions, and eventually vertical development. Vendors in civil engineering, development planning, utility modeling, and residential construction can engage early with the City and landowner as the LAFCO process moves forward and specific improvement plans are scoped.
