With land use approval and an extensive set of conditions, the project is moving into detailed design, permitting, and construction. This is commercially relevant for architects, civil and traffic engineers, contractors, and specialty subs (sports flooring, lighting, stormwater, utilities) who can support the owner in meeting the City’s technical conditions, constructing required Evergreen Road frontage work in coordination with Washington County, and delivering the building and site improvements.
