Olive Grove Charter Schools’ board approved the 2026-27 Scout quote to allow the network to potentially move forward with implementing a new student information system (SIS), Scout, across its schools. The superintendent explained that while a final decision has not been made, Scout is the likely choice to replace the current SIS, School Pathways, with an estimated Scout cost of 40120 based on projected enrollment. If Scout is implemented, Olive Grove will run both School Pathways and Scout for the first half of the 2026-27 school year while Scout is configured for full implementation at the start of the second semester.The board has already approved about 57000 in School Pathways costs for 2026-27, meaning the network will effectively pay for two SIS platforms during the transition period. This creates a live opportunity space around data migration, configuration, training, integrations, and cost optimization during and after the SIS transition.

Scout decision is not yet final, but board approval of the quote and superintendent’s comments indicate Scout is the most likely new SIS; transition will be enrollment-based pricing.
