This mix of new regulatory authority and seed funding signals upcoming consulting, mapping, design, and construction work—such as master planning, utility billing setup, capital project prioritization, and drainage improvements—that has not yet been fully procured. Vendors focused on stormwater engineering, rate studies, GIS and asset management, and public engagement can help the city translate these ordinances and initial funding into a sustainable stormwater program and capital pipeline.
