Borough Engineering & Facilities is coordinating with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) team because the borough also has a nearby contaminated‑site cleanup and characterization project underway at the Karluk School, with 3‑Tier Alaska serving as the environmental contractor. This creates near‑term demand for civil/utility construction, modular treatment equipment, logistics, and environmental support, as well as potential collaboration among contractors on mobilization and site access in a remote community.
