In the June 2, 2026 Public Works report, staff state that City Engineer Brad Koenig and Public Works Director Kevin Ore have been meeting with Landmark Construction and working on design for an elevated water tank funded by the Rose Hills Bond. This indicates Landmark has been selected as the construction partner and the City is in the design/development phase of a major new storage asset for its drinking water system. While the main award is in place, the project will require specialized materials, coatings, instrumentation, telemetry, site security, and future inspection and maintenance services. Vendors can use this as an entry point to discuss tank mixing systems, level and pressure monitoring, cathodic protection, safety access systems, and recurring inspection contracts once the tank is completed.
