Green Mountain Power representatives briefed the board on planned distribution system upgrades along Lovers Lane, which require a town right-of-way permit, permission to work within the road, and private easements. They committed to restoring Lovers Lane to its original or better condition, including up to a minimum of three inches of new 3/4 inch crushed gravel per VTrans specifications, and working with the town to avoid disturbing recent work and sensitive culverts.
