During the June 3, 2026 Bartlett Station Commission meeting, Economic Development Manager Jared Myers reported that a private developer is interested in revitalizing and flipping the Davis Industrial Complex. The developer is specifically asking about incentives that may be available to support site improvements and redevelopment activities at the complex. Staff and the Bartlett Station Commission will need to review the developer’s forthcoming incentive application(s) to determine which proposed improvements qualify under the Commission’s incentive programs and which work is simply required under Property Maintenance Regulations.No vendor or design team has been selected in this discussion, and the scope of eligible improvements is still being defined, indicating an early planning stage. This creates a pre-RFP opportunity for firms that support industrial redevelopment—such as planning, architecture, engineering, construction, and code-compliance consultants—to help shape a viable improvement package aligned with incentive criteria and regulatory requirements.

Revised New Business Incentive and Façade Improvement programs were approved at the same meeting and may apply to this project once applications are submitted.
