CVES is increasing several cross-contract budgets with Capital Region BOCES for the 2025–2026 school year, including Distance Learning (Co-Ser 431) from 239809 to 340400, Computer Assisted Instruction (Co-Ser 530) from 214526 to 222000, Staff Development (Co-Ser 598), and especially Computer Services Admin (Co-Ser 604) from 3221000 to 3600000, serving multiple component districts. These increases are to accommodate additional cross-contracts for distance learning, instructional software, staff development, and core IT services across districts like Chazy, Moriah, Keene, Peru, Plattsburgh, and others. This signals active expansion of shared digital learning, software, and IT infrastructure services across the region, likely involving LMS, SIS, network management, and digital course offerings provided through the RIC/BOCES structure.Vendors whose products are delivered through Capital Region BOCES or that integrate with these services can pursue expansion, training, and integration work with participating districts, while others may target future BOCES service menus aligning with these Co-Sers.
