Albany County is considering approval of a new Memorandum of Understanding with the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division to fund Maternal and Child Health (MCH) services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028 in the amount of $287,914. The attached Statement of Work details extensive home visitation, chronic disease, communicable disease, and community health activities, including required data systems, training, and reporting. This is a multi-year, well-scoped public health services program that will require staffing support, nurse training, electronic health record/time-tracking tools, analytics, and possibly ancillary supports such as curriculum materials and quality-improvement assistance. Vendors that provide public health consulting, home visiting program support, health IT configuration, or training can position around helping the county meet the MOU’s performance, reporting, and model-fidelity expectations over the two-year term.
