A new Resurfacing ICC Asphalt Pavement project has been added to the FY 2027–2032 Draft CTP with 200,000 in engineering funding. The project will evaluate and rehabilitate pavement along the Intercounty Connector from Shady Grove Road to MD 182, representing the first systematic and comprehensive pavement rehabilitation contract since the ICC’s construction in 2011.
