Prior agreement dated 08/10/2020 is amended to add a Renewal Term starting August 1, 2026 for one school year, followed by three automatic one-year renewals (Successive Terms) unless the school sends written non-renewal notice 60–90 days before the end of the then-current term. All other terms of the prior agreement remain in effect.

Agreement
