The City of Seattle Office of Economic Development will partner with El Centro de la Raza and Grow America to finance and build out about 4,000 square feet of small-business commercial space at the Mount Baker TOD project. This economic development support complements the Commission’s tax-exempt bond-financed affordable housing.
