Original universal pre-kindergarten contract covered 2022 through 2025; this amendment extends the termination date to June 30, 2026 and updates the fee and invoicing provisions. The agreement may be terminated earlier as provided in the contract, and the District may cancel placements or terminate if state grant appropriations are reduced or eliminated.
