TVWD, Beaverton Plan Second Kemmer Road Intertie

Tualatin Valley Water District is considering an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Beaverton to establish a second water system interconnection on SW Kemmer Road serving the 930/920 pressure zones. The 20-year, auto-renewing agreement shares ownership and maintenance of a joint Meter Vault and defines wheeling service rates and responsibilities for emergency and temporary water supply. Capital and operating costs for the intertie are covered within the District’s adopted 2025–27 biennial budget.
