New shared landfill agreement with Township of Schreiber

Terrace Bay administration recommends entering into a new Waste Disposal Management Facility Agreement with the Township of Schreiber for shared use and operation of the Terrace Bay Landfill. The agreement replaces the 1979 arrangement, formalizes equal sharing of operating, capital, and closure costs, and will govern the landfill for the duration of its operation. A by-law to authorize the agreement is being brought forward to Council for approval.
