Township Advances Agreement with Calabogie Peaks ULC

The Township of Greater Madawaska continues to implement its agreement with Calabogie Peaks ULC, authorized by By-Law 18-2025, allowing the Township to complete Peaks Village road and drainage upgrades and sell eight Security Lots to recover all project costs. Proceeds from three Security Lot sales have already reimbursed the Township for initial legal, surveying and easement acquisition expenses.
