Victor 2040 to Reimburse Town for Mall Acquisition Costs

The Town of Victor authorized its Supervisor to enter into an Acquisition Agreement with Victor 2040 LLC under which the company will reimburse the Town for all site acquisition costs related to proposed eminent domain actions at Eastview Mall. The agreement supports the Town’s plan to acquire property interests needed to maintain and redevelop the mall.
