Renewal
Lease automatically renews for five successive four-year terms if the Authority is not in default and the Town does not need the premises for another public purpose. The Authority may decline renewal by giving at least 90 days’ written notice before the end of the initial or any renewal term. Either party may terminate with 12 months’ written notice, or the Town with 90 days’ notice if an alternate location is provided.
