The Western Lake Superior Sanitary District has prepared a Wastewater Treatment Capacity Allocation Permit for the Town of Thomson (Esko), setting discharge and loading limits and requiring monitoring and cost apportionment payments for the period January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030.
