Initial term runs to June 30, 2026, and the contract will automatically renew at the end of the term unless a modified contract is adopted by mutual agreement or either party gives 30 days’ written notice of non-renewal. Either party may also terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice for continued unsatisfactory service following a meeting with the Town Manager.
