Oakland adopted Resolution 26-48 authorizing the Mayor to execute a Subdivision Development Contract with KBR and Company, LLC, an Owner of Carrington Estates Subdivision Phase Two. Under the agreement, the Owners and Developer will fund and construct all required public and private improvements subject to town engineering and code standards.
